Welcome, Christine and Russell
Field 2 Field Agronomy is pleased to share with you that Russell Pauls and Christine Kilpatrick have joined the agronomy team full-time as of October 16th.
A little about the newest team members:
Russell was raised on a mixed grain and beef cattle operation east of Crystal City, MB. After finishing high school, he enrolled in the Agribusiness Diploma program at Assiniboine Community College, graduating in May 2020. Before joining Field 2 Field as a summer scout in 2022, Russell worked ag retail for Paterson in Killarney and Double Diamond Farm Supply at their Crystal City and Snowflake locations. In addition to his ag diploma, he has his Certified Crop Adviser designation and 4R Nutrient Management certificate.
In his off time he enjoys curling, volleyball and helping on the family farm.
